Due to a large number of missed appointments, we now require a
50% deposit to secure a booking.
Deposits are fully refundable only if we have at least 24 hours
notice of a change or cancellation.

Appointments are named by coat type and then size and are a guide only for diary time and our expectation.
All prices are estimates and the final cost will depend on time and difficulty of the groom on the day. 

Add extras if your dog is matted, you want longer hair or for teeth cleaning or spa items. 
We will confirm the appointment, if you receive an email/text saying we can't confirm the time, it's simply that we are too busy at that time, just jump back on line and find another appointment.
